Only items that arrive damaged will be accepted for return, refund, or replacement. Delivery times may vary, and items must first be received at our warehouse. Refunds will only cover the product value and will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note: delivery charges, both incoming and outgoing, are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Faulty items must be sent back to the address provided. Customers will be reimbursed for defective goods once processed.

Supplier Terms & Conditions

Supplier Policy

All supplier orders require approval from the company director before payment or dispatch to Wholesale Handbags Ltd branches.

Suppliers are required to refund or credit defective or returned goods, regardless of whether they are 1 year or 15 years old.

All supplier deliveries must arrive within 7 days; otherwise, a 20% penalty will apply.

Orders not received within 14 days will be cancelled automatically.
